Suggested Use

Found this product to offer relief and support after a knee surgery during my recovery. Would report the product is worth the price point in that I found it effective for both pain and swelling in my knee and back. I feel like the efficacy was firm in this cream version, I didn’t want to fight a liquid oil for my topical purposes. I would buy it again and would also go for a higher dose of they ever make it.
