The Practitioner Program is a trade account. You buy Encore Life products at wholesale, you stock them in your practice or storefront, and you sell them to your own customers at your own price. It is open to any registered business that resells to its own customers, including chiropractic and wellness clinics, naturopaths, acupuncturists, massage and bodywork practices, pharmacies, gyms, spas, and med spas. You do not need to be a licensed healthcare professional to open an account. We verify your business, not your credentials.

Wholesale pricing

Trade pricing on the full Encore Life line, including tinctures, softgels, gummies, and topicals. Pricing is visible in your account after approval.

Published lab results

ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory testing on every batch. Certificates of analysis are published online by lot number, so you and your customers can look up any batch.

Pharmacist-formulated line

Our products are formulated with attention to ingredient quality and formulation discipline, drawing on the pharmaceutical background of our leadership team.

Advisory Board

Our Advisory Board of medical and scientific professionals provides independent scientific review and formulation input.

Case-quantity ordering

Order in case quantities directly from your account. One-click reorder from your order history. Purchase order numbers on every order.

Sales tax exemption

Once your resale certificate is on file, your account is set up for sales tax exemption on qualifying orders.

What this program is not

We want to be direct about the boundaries of this program, because they protect you as much as they protect us.

  • We do not provide dosing protocols, treatment protocols, or condition-specific guidance.
  • We do not tell you what to recommend, to whom, or for what.
  • We do not ship to your customers on your behalf.
  • We do not provide clinical or patient-facing materials for you to distribute.

Encore Life sells products. Any judgment about who a product is appropriate for is entirely yours, and it stays yours.

Quality and compliance

  • Federal hemp compliance: Encore Life products are formulated to meet the federal definition of hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill, verified by third-party laboratory testing on every batch.
  • Testing standard: ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories. COAs are published online by lot number.
  • Quality screening: Cannabinoid potency, residual solvents, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants.
  • State registration: Some states require a hemp or CBD retail registration in order to sell consumable hemp products. It is your responsibility to hold any registration your state requires. We will ask about this during the application.
  • No therapeutic claims: Encore Life makes no claim that its products diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Account holders agree to hold to the same standard.

The Practitioner Program uses the same application as our wholesale channel. We verify your business, not your credentials. You will need a registered business entity, an EIN, a resale certificate, and a business shipping address.

Applications are typically reviewed within two business days. If approved, we create your account and email you an invitation to set your password. You then log in and see your pricing automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to be a licensed healthcare professional?
No. This is a wholesale trade account, open to any registered business that resells to its own customers. We verify your business, not a professional license.
Do I need to carry inventory?
Yes. This is a wholesale account. You purchase product, you hold it, and you sell it. We do not drop-ship to your customers.
What is the minimum order?
Products are sold in case quantities. Minimums and case sizes are shown on each product page once you are logged in.
How do I pay?
Orders are paid by credit card at checkout. We do not currently offer net payment terms or invoicing.
Where are the certificates of analysis?
Published online by lot number on our COA page. If a customer asks you for lab results, point them straight there.
Does Encore Life make therapeutic claims about its products?
No. Encore Life does not claim that its products diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, and account holders agree not to make such claims either. Our wholesale terms address this directly.
