30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with an Encore Life product, email info@myencore.life within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we will refund the product price and the original shipping charge to your original payment method.

Opened and used products are covered. Orders placed at Buy More, Save More prices, sale prices or other discounted prices are covered too.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are covered by this guarantee. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal or your Encore Life account. Cancelling stops future orders. Refunds for orders already placed follow this policy.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away and we will make it right.
